CANCELLATION POLICY

We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is a strict policy. (Design idea: Hand write “you’ve been warned” next to this policy) I think this will call attention to the policy in a clever way. What do you think? 

CURLY HAIR

Please arrive with your hair washed and fully styled as you would normally wear it. Avoid ponytails or anything that could straighten out the curl. We want to see your hair in its bounciest state, because we will most likely cut it dry. Consider adding on a Detox & Detangle service if you have lots of buildup or tangles. Wash and style included.

LEARNING ENVIRONMENT 

Atelier stylists are indeed learning as they work with you. Please have an open mind and free schedule during your appointment. With that said, if anything is not to your satisfaction, we will get you back in for a fix at your earliest convenience. 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE 

The Atelier Salon, Salon Bounce, Elevencherry Salon, Lindsey Mollenhauer and all sister accounts on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as internal education platforms reserve the right to use your image for promotional and educational purposes unless you chose to opt out. A consent form will be provided at your first appointment. 

PARKING

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT BEHIND THE BUILDING. This lot belongs to our business neighbor. We would hate to see your car get towed!
